We’re born with bodies designed to heal, adapt, and thrive. Yet somewhere along the way, we started outsourcing our instincts. We began trusting systems more than ourselves, labeling symptoms as “normal,” and accepting fine as good enough.
But let’s be real: we’re not fine.
Chronic illness is rising. Fertility struggles are more common than ever. Mental health issues are skyrocketing. And still, we’re told to just keep going.
And that’s why I’m here.
To encourage you to trust your instincts.
To stay curious about how you feel.
To pay attention to what you're putting into your body.
To be cautious about the advice you receive.
To be open to learning — and unlearning — what we’ve been taught about “health.”
No one knows your body better than you do. And when you start asking questions, digging deeper, and choosing to prioritize your well-being — everything begins to shift.
This isn’t a post meant to scare you, or even to make you change — unless you want to.
This is simply a moment to reflect on your health, your happiness, and your quality of life.
